 Data Freight Ltd developed "ColoSys" as a multi-client, multi-warehouse inventory management system designed to satisfy the requirements of all third party logistics operations.
The system can be configured to manage inventory across multiple warehouses within a single database. ColoSys allows the user to manage a multi-client environment providing flexible client charging both for in-house warehousing functions and freight distribution requirements. Features allow for both current order processing and include the handling of back and repeat orders. Flexible client based freight distribution rating structures are incorporated as a standard feature within the software and provide a major benefit to  the user in terms of processing time and rating integrity. The system allows for comprehensive system and user defined enquiry and reporting capabilities.
ColoSys is capable of utilizing RF Scan Gun technology for processing inward goods, order picking, stock transfers. The warehousing software provides operational automation and management reporting at the advanced level.
