Data Freight provides help-desk support for its licensed ColoSys software users. All support-based query's must be logged with us using the support request form.
The help-desk support process
- Query's are logged with a number, date and time stamp
- You will receive a confirmation response via email from the help-desk for each query
- Query's are prioritised and forwarded to the best person to individually deal your query
- Please enter only one query per form submitted
